Privacy Policy

How we collect information

We use Mailchimp to manage our mailing list, and you can sign up for my newsletter at the bottom of our homepage or via the pop-up. You will only ever end up on this mailing list if you have signed up for my newsletter, and have given your consent to do so.

Whenever you place and order through our online shop, you provide the relevant information about you to enable us to process the order.

Our website provider; Shopify, has cookies enabled for this site to make sure your computer (or other device) is recognised when you visit here again. You can find out more about cookies in general here.  

Who has access to your information

Only empoyees of Eve of St. Agnes Ltd; the owner of the Beauty Kubes brand has access to customer information. This information is never passed onto anyone else. 

We use MailChimp as a way of managing our mailing list, and your details are also stored on their servers (click the links to find out more about their Privacy Policy and Terms of Use). 

If you pay using PayPal, they will also hold information about you. You can read their Privacy Policy here.  

How We use your information

We send out regular newsletters to those who have signed up to my mailing list to receive information about Beauty Kubes and Eve of St Agnes products.  This is the sort of thing you can expect to receive:

• New product launches, special offers.
• News and events and information on new stockists.

In the unlikely event that Eve of St. Agnes and Beauty Kubes stops trading, we will let you know so you can decide if you still want to receive newsletters from us.

How we store information

Mailchimp hosts details of all members of our mailing list on their secure servers. 

We keep a spreadsheet of our stockists and wholesale customers which is stored on secure, password protected computers that are kept in a secure location at all times.

This data is kept for our account management purposes and for accounting and tax purposes (legally, we need to keep all sales records for at least 6 years). 

Your rights

You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, and we will give you full details free of charge. You also have the right to ask that your details be deleted, amended or transferred. If you ever change your mind about what information, if any, you want us to hold, please contact us at [email protected]
